Salt-baked Round Scad

Ingredients

• 2 round scad whole
• Coarse salt
• Star anise
• Bay leaf
• Sichuan peppercorn

Method

1. Put some coarse salt in a casserole, add spices in and fry on low heat until fragrant.
2. Put round scads in the casserole, sprinkle the coarse salt on them.
3. Bake on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
